4. Behavior therapy with substitute healthy gratifications.
5. Improve social skills
6. Control drinking or other addictions.

• Intermittent Explosive Disorder:

1. No effective treatment.
2. Medication may help.
3. Group therapy, not individual therapy.

• Tricholillomania: (Pulling out your hair).

1. Treat as compulsion.
